Amadeus operates at the infrastructure layer of global travel. Working with DMA Partners, I helped transform complex industry research into editorial experiences that felt substantially more understandable, navigable, and engaging.

Intro
My Role
Art director and graphic designer across two major publications: Managed Travel 3.0 and Future Traveller Tribes 2030.
Our Goal
To spark imagination about tomorrow’s travel—how tech, sustainability, and personalization will transform journeys. We aimed to create visuals that didn’t just explain the future but made audiences feel it.
Process
The visual system combined editorial typography, flat illustration, and infographic storytelling. Managed Travel 3.0 used approachable vector illustration to simplify travel systems, booking flows, and behavioural insights. Future Traveller Tribes 2030 leaned more heavily into typographic hierarchy and persona-driven layouts. Across both publications, the goal remained the same: reduce cognitive friction without oversimplifying the research.
Why It Mattered
Industry reports only create value if people actually engage with them. The work helped make large-scale travel research feel clearer, faster to navigate, and easier to retain.
